Kylie Minogue concert in Indonesia's capital Jakarta

Australian pop diva Kylie Minogue concert in Indonesia's capital Jakarta, a notorious traffic jam for the late show is blamed.

Her promoters said Tuesday the singer to show up on the outskirts of Jakarta on Monday took a helicopter but the crew was stuck in traffic and had to show 30-minute delay.

MP Entertainment marketing personal Rosana Wahyuni said, "Kylie Minogue's concert started about half an hour late because of the traffic congestion on the toll road".

Not that it mattered too much -- Wahyuni said some of the 5,000 concert-goers also came late to see "The Show Girl Returns -- Kylie Minogue's Aphrodite Tour 2011".

Wahvuni said, "A few of the concert-goers arrived after the show ended".

Jakarta's poor public transport and the most rapidly increasing traffic congestion and poor planning corruption for decades, the result is known.

Business and political leaders in meetings most of the relatively low ranking Indonesian military helicopter carrying traffic police officers to get around with escorts.
